Service was impeccable; very friendly and accomodating staff; Provided us with the king rooms with the connecting door as we requested;very clean rooms and bathrooms; cold AC; wonderful to have the free breakfast before you head out for the day's activities; clean pool with complimentary towels; complimentary shuttle to/from the SD Zoo, which we visited; warm cookies and milk at 2000 at the reception desk; will definitely return to this hotel.

I was shocked to read some of the reviews as all my group found their rooms clean; beds comfortable, fluffy thick towels ; bathrooms small but excellent working shower heads and water pressure and this hotel went out of their way to provide a large room to accommodate us all at their free, way above average breakfast as we were all eating and checking out at same time to go to port; They had also hired staff to keep the breakfast area immaculate; no dirty plates and keep their breakfast items refilled continuously.
