1. Service was impeccable; very friendly and accomodating staff; Provided us with the king rooms with the connecting door as we requested;very clean rooms and bathrooms; cold AC; wonderful to have the free breakfast before you head out for the day's activities; clean pool with complimentary towels; complimentary shuttle to/from the SD Zoo, which we visited; warm cookies and milk at 2000 at the reception desk; will definitely return to this hotel.

7. They had a pool, not many lounging chairs for tanning, but it was nice and quaint, however the pool was only more like a kiddie pool as it was 3m and that was the deepest.
