1. The staff was very helpful when we booked several rooms for my daughter's wedding across the street at El Cortez (great venue, highly recommended).

2. Superb location, just 10 minutes walk from the Gaslamp district and relatively easy to find reasonably priced parking in the nearby streets.

3. There is also a great little deli and sundries store across the street sort of hidden that is a great place for snacks, water, wine etc..

8. The guest rooms were nice; however, you can hear a lot of the street sounds, nearby sounds in other guest rooms, and conversations in the hallway.

9. If you are looking for a cab at night, you may want to walk down to 5th street as it's a busier street and more cabs, or of course call one to the hotel.
