2. The only issue I had was that they left the cards out that said if you will reuse your towels put them on the hook on the door or on the towel rack and yet they still replaced them every day.

3. I'm all for saving the water and cleaning supplies to wash towels and I wished they had actually left my towels for me to reuse.
