7. Since the hotel wasn't very busy (mostly business travelers), they upgraded us to the Presidential Suite, for a minimal cost.

8. The bottom line is: if a hotel is going to accept a reservation for a king sized bed at a higher price, then that hotel must offer more than simply the cost differential back when the originally reserved room is not available.
