8. Our room was the hotel standard, very clean with nice amenities, although late in our stay we were upgraded to the presidential suite for our last nights stay by Nicholas McQueen a Bellman/ Concierge and the manager Brandon Avants.

9. When I checked in, the Corporate Sales Manager (Tiffany) contacted me and we met to discuss how she might work with my Corporate Travel Manager to maintain the hotel on the preferred list for future stays.
