They went above and beyond to make sure that we all were on the same floor, that the billing was correct, and that we knew where we were going!(They have a map that lists restaurants, bars, in the area, etc.) Alexis at the front desk even arranged for a birthday note/snack for my broether-in-law that was waiting in the 'Birthday Room' when we checked in.
