4. Higher floors are quiet, but on another stay with a room on the second floor, I heard alot of street noise (usually loud partiers from the nearby gaslamp walking past the hotel)The one huge bogie is the parking - a $30 valet charge (self is not an option).

8. There is a parking lot on every 4th corner, but since so few people use that parking they allow homeless people tent cities to flourish and then they charge outrageous prices for those unfortunate suckers (like myself) who require overnight parking and convenience.
