1. It is really a nice alternative to staying in a downtown San Diego hotel where one pays a fairly high rate for overnight parking.

6. It is well located but a car is needed as it is about a10 minute drive to the beaches of Del Mar and La Jolla, 25 to downtown San Diego, 5 minutes to grocery store.
