10. The furniture was broken, mold in the bathroom, no hot water, faucets did not work properly, no water pressure, the bed was very old and uncomfortable, cracks along all the walls, remote for the TV didn't work well, old TV, AC/Heat was noisy, etc.To summarize, everything was just very old.
