3. we found the hotel alot better then the reviews,the ouly thing was maids could clean some windows and wash walls, other wise clean bathrooms and lots of clean towels, bed was nice and comfy, staff were great,exept for your help desk for tours etc that was a useless service.

5. The valets always had our car ready, and when we called for fresh towels they arrived so quickly we didnt even understand how they got up to our room that fast.

10. I really had no complaints; Roomservice was excellent the cleaned up and we arrived back from Seaworld to a fresh and comfy, with Enough Towels too!oh and we did park off site at a Parking Lot about 2 blks down for $8.
