5. Yes many people would think it is old but I think the fine antique furnishings such as cherry poster beds and original vintage tubs is wonderful.

6. Yes, the bathroom is not very large w/a wide pedestal sink and big tub but the water came out hot with great pressure and that's all I care about--that and a comfortable bed.
