1. OVERALL: it was clean when I checked in, the beds were comfortable, it fit all of us comfortably, and we felt safe leaving our car in the parking lot and felt safe in our hotel room.

4. They did for $15 more per night we upgraded, we couldn't see the pool from our room because of all the beautiful trees in the courtyard, but at least the children didn't have to cross the parking lot to go swimming.
