1. I stayed at this hotel with my 5 year old son this past weekend and while the housekeeping staff cleaned our room, some of my (rather expensive) personal belongings mysteriously 'vanished'.

2. Housekeeping came every day & replaced the towels, took out trash, made beds, etc. Being a female, the iron was even impressive.
