1. We looked at hotels in this area because they were relatively convenient to the area attractions we were focusing on during our brief stay: the River Walk and Sea World.

2. They could not help me with any of my requests, they messed up my room, they gave me a room card which did not work, then told me I did something to the card, in the 50ft it took to walk to the elevator, and it goes on even after I left the hotel.
