3. Plenty of kids activities and family activities like square dancing, magic shows, wine tasting, live bands by the pool, arts and crafts, wine and cheese parties, etc. and even poker and spa nights for mom and dad.

You can use the facilities of the Hyatt Hill Country resort, which I would recommend highly -- if you purchase a treatment at the Windflower Spa at the Hyatt Hill Country Resort, you can spend the entire day there enjoying their jazuzzi, steam room, dry sauna, and especially their kid-free pool, which is lovely.
