9. The kitchen, although small is well equipped to make breakfasts, snacks, lunches, etc. There are also grills available outside; simply call down to registration and they will have it lit.

10. There are many good things about this resort such as the lazy river, the hammocks by the river, the volleyball, lunch by the pool, etc. so it is a shame that the service level is so poor and can cause me to rate them so low.
