8. Had a problem with losing electricity in my room, due to a breaker in adjoining room, which they fixed promptly and even comped one night`s stay for my inconvenience -- what great customer service.

9. As an owner of a Hyatt vacation club property (Beaver Creek), I`m surprised at the quality of the service we received while at this resort since usually the HVC properties are superior.
