And that level of attention was evident everywhere from the concierge to the maid service to maintenance (who arrived twice during my stay to tend to a problem I didn't know I had - the maids had reported that my 'on-demand' movie channel, which I never use anyway, had less than perfect quality).

7. The only quibble I had was the maid service--they weren't reliable as to the time they would be done, and the day we left a "do not disturb" sign on the door, they called the room to see if we wanted maid service.
