1. I will not be staying at a Marriott again as during my travels I have found Clarion or other 'choice' establishments which have all been renovated, much more cost effective and appealing with all their facilities up and running.

4. I had to have a large package shipped to the hotel, and they received it although I didn't realize it would cost $7.50 for that service (not that it would have prevented me from shipping it, they just didn't mention it when I inquired about sending a package).
