1. We took advantage of the free breakfast while we were there, and while my husband and I had breakfast towards the end of the breakfast time, there was still plenty of breakfast food (including hot eggs and waffles) available.

3. By the way, breakfast in the dining area in the mornings was very good and there were always waiters asking if you needed anything and making sure that food was fresh and replenished as needed.

5. And, we came upon a great Mexican restaurant named Adalco's which is located in the renovated train station which is within walking distance -- about 2 blocks--GREAT food, plus there was a coupon for an appetizer credit of $7.99 in a small San Antonio brochure found in the rack at the hotel.
