It felt like I had drifted back in time to a place when hotels put a minibar in all the rooms, robes in the closet, snacks in the room, big nice towels, delightful bath products, huge rooms with the best sheets ever, lots of comfortable pillows, nice lighting, a wonderful balcony with real plants and table and chairs.

Let's start with the observed postives of my stay there:- Excellent decoration in the rooms and restaurants- Very clean rooms and common areas- Helpful doorman- Great location- Rooms complete with nightly turndown, large sized towels and robesThe following are areas that could be better- I enjoyed the size of the towels but not the quality- Street level foryer feels like you are entering an upscale brothel- Reserved a queen bed and received two doubles.

10. This hotel had several good aspects: Quiet, dark (at 9am it was so dark in our room we had no idea we slept so late!), mini-bar, great breakfast room-service, clean bedding, clean towels, coffee maker, flat screen T.
