3. The main driver for me selecting this hotel is that it is part of the Starwood group, despite the not good location and other better options in the city (Marriott City Center is MUCH better!) Grand hotel, etc.I arrived last night at midnight and was put on the Concierge level floor.

6. I don`t think we received a single smile the entire time we were there, from check in, to passing the bellman in the hallways, to the parking lot attendant, to the concierge desk as we would pass by.
