2. The van company actually told me there was a Sheraton Van free of charge--nice surprise!(which I had known).

3. They helped us get a room with a balcony (for the kids), and when we complained about the lack of a refrigerator in the room (when the website noted that rooms had them) they brought one up free of charge.
