3. They helped us get a room with a balcony (for the kids), and when we complained about the lack of a refrigerator in the room (when the website noted that rooms had them) they brought one up free of charge.

9. The room was very well cleaned, the view of the city was great (I was on the 8th floor), and although the chair between the bed and the balcony was squeezed in and seemed unnecessary, hey, more sitting options are better than fewer.
