1. Within walking distance of nice restaurants/bars (yes, in SLC!) Last time I was in town I stayed at the Homewood Suites-this was a MUCH better property, I thought.

6. the hotel was allways very quiet even when there were a lot of children about at one point you couldnt even hear them!there is plenty to do within a 10-15 min walk or you can use the free tram which is only a block and a half away.

8. Location is a bit removed from major downtown events (delta center, temple square, city center) but a 10 minute walk or a quick drive and you are there.

9. We love the location, ease of parking, proximity to great restaurants we walk to after the nightly 'manager's reception', suite accommodations, breakfast fit for skiers every morning, the bathroom renovations and the new layout of the bedroom.
