I asked about getting a better
rate
due to the noise and the poor condition of the hotel.

Breakfast had almost every variety of standard breakfast foods one could think of, including fresh fruit and made to order omelets, eggs, french toast, etc. We`ve stayed at many Embassy Suites across the country and this
rate
s among the best.

Firstly, at the time of visit (February 2012) the hotel had been newly refurbished (aside from a little work to the gift shop to be completed) and the fixtures and furnishings were in first-

condition.

Thirdly, the room
rate
on a 7-night stay ('ski special') was outstanding, especially taking into account the inclusive breakfast, reception, wi-fi and airport transfers.

Reality is that the
rate
I received was exactly the same as it would have been any other time of the year with the no construction going on.

So if you demand my government contractor ID - something no other hotel does - and you threaten me with changing my room
rate
because it's in my suitcase which I don't want to unpack in the lobby, I won't come back to your hotel.
