1. Within walking distance of nice restaurants/bars (yes, in SLC!) Last time I was in town I stayed at the Homewood Suites-this was a MUCH better property, I thought.

4. The breakfast buffet is excellent; made to order eggs, omelets, pancakes, french toast, sausage, bacon, etc. There is also a good bar menu with reasonable prices and a more elaborate dinner menu.
