1. Concerned about slippery bath tub, no mat or strips ( there is a bar, but tub becomes slippery with soap and water) Wish the shower head was adjustable, water spray lacks enough force to rinse shampoo out of hair in a reasonable time.

3. Bathrooms are nice, we had a shower/tub combination, but there was moldy caulking in some areas in the shower.
