1. The organization I belong to was able to negotiate a lower room rate than normal, free parking, and free internet (if using valet service) which was nice.

3. Tips: There is free parking nights/weekends in many downtown decks within 1-2 blocks of this hotel, even when events are going on at the concert hall, if you don't want to pay $12 for valet parking.
