1. The location is ideal, just a block or so away from NC State and convenient to downtown Raleigh; there's plenty of parking, and lots of restaurants and shops just a few minutes away.

4. When I arrived via rental car from RDU there was construction out front, lobby was a mess, no parking and was told hotel was changing to a Clarion or something similar.

10. Also, the noise level of the festivities was particularly high for a couple of hours on Saturday afternoon at a time when my sister had hoped to rest, but after being unable to nap, she chose to watch the ritual taking place in the parking lot and found it interesting.
