1. The location is ideal, just a block or so away from NC State and convenient to downtown Raleigh; there's plenty of parking, and lots of restaurants and shops just a few minutes away.

4. When I arrived via rental car from RDU there was construction out front, lobby was a mess, no parking and was told hotel was changing to a Clarion or something similar.

10. Also, a large section of the parking lot and 2 of the parking lot entrances were blocked for half the day on Saturday, though we did finally manage to find a passable entrance and locate a parking spot.
