1. Check in was easy and like other Doubletree hotels where I have stayed before, they did indeed give us warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival.

4. My fiance and I were traveling to the hotel to attend the Marine Corps Ball held in Raleigh, and we required early check in so that we could get ready in time.

5. I called the hotel early morning on my day of arrival to request an early check in of 1 or 2 pm (regular check in is 4pm I believe).

8. The staff were all very friendly and they allowed a slightly early check in because the room was ready and we arrived ahead of schedule.

9. At check in, had to wait 10minute while female staff berrated some poor am-trak person about her train scheduled being canceled due to SEVERE snow storms in the North east.
