1. The pool was an indoor pool and heated I believe and the gym had plenty of equipment and both looked very well maintained.

3. Changs, Cheesecake Factory, Flemmings) Up the road a bit (1 exit east on 440 Six Forks Rd) you can find some great restaurants as well (Firebirds- great steaks and key lime pie)I didn't get to the gym or the pool, but it has them.
