6. We walked alot at night to and from the hotel from various locations and never had a problem at all with panhaddlers or the like (that would never be the case back in good ol So Cal) Bottom line:Good price for the area, great location, great food, nice people around the hotel and on-site shops.

8. To sum up, I think you can get nicer hotels for the price, but its definitely a unquie place to stay and the people and atmosphere make it what it is.

9. My reservation price was equal to that of staying at a Small Luxury Hotel; therefore, I expected the same or similar room accommodations.
