1. They were always very kind and eager to help, and brought me extra towels daily, and extra goodies for my coffee.

2. It was all updated with nice fixtures, a VERY cool shower head, tiled bath and floor, EXTRA BIG fluffy towels, blow dryer, iron, 'green' toiletries, great counter top space on the sink vanity, and extra storage under the sink.

3. The night we stayed there, the staff didn't even clean the bathroom or respond to requests of new towels.

4. Nice tile, shower head, soaps, towels, etc. Great to have a fridge, micro and coffee maker in the room, though I would suggest you bring your own coffee and small paper filters - the coffee was the same bad stuff from the conference.

7. The room service is excellent and one day they called to check if, since I requested not to have my room serviced, they could provide me with anything to stock up my coffee, tea or towel supplies.
