4. Shouting in the halls and slamming doors between mid-night and 4:00 AM, etc. I would likely stay there again but the upper floor is not worth the extra cost.

7. Had a mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker:) Free parking and wireless, which will cost you downtown.
