3. Check-in went smoothly and the staff are generally polite and helpful, especially with storing our luggage after check out and before our flight.

Over all I would recommend this hotel BUT the housekeeping staff really need to learn meaning of the DND sign -- Also the front desk staff need to communicate with housekeeping when that when one requests a late check out and it is approved, they should not be knocking on the door before that time.
