1. We had to sleep there that night, which i didnt sleep under the covers and showered as fast as i could and got the hell out of there.

2. There were not only mechanical and electrical problems, but plumbing problems as well (bathroom door handle missing and running toilet all night as well as varying temperatures of shower water).
