1. The fire alarm did not reach the fire department, instead another guest called 911 after the alarm went off the 2nd or 3rd time.

2. Once the fire department arrived they could not determine the 'code' on the alarm since the 'management' reset the alarm each time and could not provide the fire department with the error code.
