1. It's a motel, so the door opens directly to the outside parking lot and the walls seem to be pretty thin, but it was quiet when we were there.

2. Room was not very clean, pealing walls and ceiling, holes in sheets, half the lighting in room didn't work, tv didnt' work, parking lot dumpster overloaded with what looked like a weeks worth of trash.
