5. We did Park & Ride to the airport and when we took "too long" getting our luggage on the return flight (after the airport carousel broke down, seriously, like it was our fault and we wanted to wait at the Philly airport at midnight.

6. The shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes, but you have to call to get a pickup (there is a free hotel phone in the airport).

9. We found out the hard way when we ended up at the wrong one and had to go back to the airport to catch the shuttle to the correct hotel (the driver never bothered asking which one we are going to) - at 1 in the morning.
