2. , This was our first time in Philly, and if we come back, we will definetly stay there again, we would in fact recommend this hotel for its convenient location, close to everything interesting to see and do in the area, and their nice facilities and great customer service from the front desk staff, to their entire perssonel involved in the hotel's smooth ways of pleasing their guess.

3. Told the front desk person the reason for checkout early - she went in and talked to the manager; came back and apologized for the bad experience.

10. and last and not least the front desk ladies were so efficient as we accidentally locked our keys in the car they quickly called the mechanics to hep us get our keys out of the car and attend our meeting in time.
