1. The Society Hill is located near Independence Hall, the waterfront, the historic district, and South Street (I walked there in the morning for coffee and the newspaper -- though you also get a free paper at the B&B, come to think of it).

5. Close to the subway, numerous parks, bars, and locally owned restaurants, historical sites, visitors center, Penns Landing, etc. Just off the main drag Market Street and EASY walking distance to South Street.
