2. The air conditioner was a window unit that hadn't been hooked up yet as it was just starting to be warm in Philly, but it was in the closet, so we were able to use the fan.

7. The bed was neatly made and the sheets were clean, I lifted the bed up to check for mice but nothing, checked the closet and nothing.
