1. We also didn't receive room service once during our stay, this wasn't a problem as we just asked when we needed clean towels etc but I expect to receive room service at least once in a 7 night stay.

2. Again, no room service and the rooms are on the small side but they are perfectly adequate and the staff is very friendly and the price is right.
