1. They seem to have good customer service too as I'd requested a microfridge if one was available, and someone called and left me a message saying they didn't have those but that there was plenty of time to cancel if I needed to.

3. The staff is very friendly and ewhile the hotel doesn't have a lot of amenties it does have great location, clean comfortable rooms, service with a smile, a great bar and restaurant.

10. Do not expect service or help of any kind for the duration of your stay (I was there 4 nights) - and certainly expect to get rid of your own garbage.
