9. the toilet overflowed something nasty (they sent someone and offered a new room - so again, staff was great), the caulk around the tub was kinda gross and so was the floor.

10. Also, there was a small screw on the floor I almost stepped on, the heater was broken (didn't work plus the knob part was smashed in), stains on the carpet everywhere (inside room and throughout entire hotel), hair on bathroom floor, inside tub and on walls and just plain run down and gross.
