1. If, however you are going to Orlando for the theme parks and need somewhere convienient to crash at the end of the day, this hotel fits the bill perfectly.

4. incidentals are ppv movies or minibar, we never used either, we were billed for the newspaper we never got, the wifi that didn't work, the coffee maker, the parking we didn't use, the gym that was full of kids, the taxi service we didn't use, the shuttle that wasn't free, and the safe!i was furious, i still have a pending grievance through american express.

5. Checking out was also a problem : we were charged for the rooms but after I explained they were prepaid from out of Holland the bill was credited on my visa and a new correct one was made.
