1. As I checked in, the Resort Fee sign on the counter, in small print said that the $8.99 charge was not optional and covered parking, internet access, in-room coffee, mini fridge, microwave, safe, hair dryer, transportation to other locations, and other services that might usually be free in most hotels.

2. Still dont care for the resort fee do not feel this is a resort but for the great job of housekeeping will pay it.

3. The I trolley stop is right outside the hotel, we never needed to use the hire car provided as the I trolley and coach was far cheaper than parking fees at the various parks.

4. We where not charged a resort fee but it was advertised at reception of $7.99 per day for parking, facilities, shuttles etc not sure if some of the package holidays have this included but they advised us on check in this would not apply.

10. on arrival we checked in sucessfully, staff were helpful and we were not charged the resort fee as we booked through hotelopia which stated there were no extra feeswe requested a room in D block, we got a room on the top floor.
