1. The staff where very helpful and upgraded our room to a Double King in the tower block at no extra charge I guess we travelled at a quiet time of year so this may not always be the case but they where very pleasant.

The room was cool (temp wise), had a coffee maker, clean linens, flat screen TV with direct TV (I think) a table w/chairs, iron, safe, alarm clock, microwave, fridge and plenty of outlets to charge my cell phone, laptop, camera, etc. The room I had just left had nothing but a bed and a shower so to me this was great :-)I am seeing a lot of complaints about the rooms being terrible, so I am assuming I had a renovated room.

3. As I checked in, the Resort Fee sign on the counter, in small print said that the $8.99 charge was not optional and covered parking, internet access, in-room coffee, mini fridge, microwave, safe, hair dryer, transportation to other locations, and other services that might usually be free in most hotels.
